We are Star Local Media – a media company comprising nine community newspapers plus local news websites that has been serving suburban North Texas for more than a century. We pride ourselves on being the sole comprehensive news source for our areas.
In January 2022, Star Local Media was purchased by new owners, Rick & Elizabeth Rogers, residents of Frisco since 2011. The Rogers are eager to get involved in the communities served by Star Local Media.
